Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details. Your name, email address, and sign-in method, handled by our authentication provider when you create an account.
• Billing records. Your prepaid balance, top-ups, and a ledger of charges. Card details are entered with the payment provider and never reach our servers.
• API keys. We store a hash and a short prefix of each key, never the key itself.
• Usage records. For each metered request: the service, endpoint, amount processed (audio duration or character count), cost, latency, and time. These power your usage and logs pages.
• Content you send. The audio, text, and files you submit to a model or studio, and the output we return.
• Diagnostics. Error reports and basic technical data (browser, device, pages that failed) so we can fix bugs.

How we use your content

We process the audio and text you send to produce the result you asked for. Some steps, such as burning subtitles into a video, run in your browser and never leave your device.

We do not sell your content or your personal data. We do not use content sent through the API to train our models unless you have explicitly agreed to it, for example by sending us a quality report.

Who processes data for us

We rely on a small number of providers, each limited to its own job:

• Authentication and account management
• Database hosting for accounts, keys, balances, and usage records
• Website hosting and content delivery
• Error monitoring
• GPU hosting for our models
• For the voice agent only: a third-party language model that decides what the agent says next

How long we keep it

Account, billing, and usage records are kept while your account is open and afterwards as long as accounting law requires. Content sent to the models is kept only as long as needed to process the request and run the service, unless you save it in a studio.

Cookies

We use the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as the color theme. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can view and update your account details from your profile, revoke API keys at any time, and ask us for a copy of your data or to delete your account by writing to contact@tapra.tn. Tunisian residents have rights under Organic Law No. 2004-63 on personal data protection; residents of the EU and other regions have the rights their local law grants.
